David is a third generation Wilmingtonian and seasoned Construction and Real Estate professional with over two decades of experience in residential property appraisals, construction project management, and land development. David’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, a Master of Business Administration, and a Master of Science in Business Analytics which provide the technical, problem-solving, and analytical skills necessary for success in today’s ever-changing construction field. David is a proud father of two children, and his spare time is spent on the golf course.

Jim currently has over twenty years of construction management experience under his belt and loves the challenge of large, complex jobs. He has overseen several multi-million dollar projects over his career, each with unique and intricate details. Jim moved to coastal North Carolina a few years back with his wife. They love to host friends and neighbors for dinner parties. Before entering into the construction world, Jim was a professional fisherman and chef – making him quite a good friend to have.

Noel has had a love for carpentry and building from a very young age. His grandfather, a jack-of-all-trades, began to teach him about carpentry and the construction trades at the age of six. In his elementary school days, he remembers spending whole days in the summer watching and studying the construction of new homes around his neighborhood. This flourished into the pursuit of receiving an education in professional construction management. He has an Associate’s Degree in Carpentry and Construction Science, as well as a Bachelor’s of Science in Construction Management. The process and satisfaction of completing projects with excellence for homeowners is his daily drive. Along with a love of detailed carpentry and project finishes, he also loves being able to design homes and projects in-house for Lanphear Builders. He is proficient in Chief Architect home design software as well as AutoCad. When not working, Noel loves the enjoying the outdoors with his wife, Amanda, and daughter—hiking, fishing, hunting, farming, bike rides, etc. He also loves planning and taking his family on adventures—locally and abroad.

Leslie brings 20-plus years of administrative experience in Operations, Investor Relations, and Management to Lanphear Builders. She has a BA in Liberal Studies with English and Communication minors from Concordia University Irvine. Leslie is married to her lifelong partner, Nathan, and has two grown children, Samantha and Zachary. She is a native of California, but has loved east coast living in Wilmington for more than 14 years. In her free time, she enjoys family get-togethers, traveling with friends and family to just about anywhere, volleyball at Captain Bill's, and playing USTA tennis. Leslie has loved being part of LBI and always looks forward to the next exciting project.
